Have you a few hours to spare one a week or a fortnight, if so, Bryson House one of the oldest Charities in N Ireland, are looking for volunteers who can make a difference by

• Befriending older people in their own homes who are socially or geographically isolated, perhaps going out for a walk, taking them out for a coffee or just having a chat.
• Providing respite breaks for carers of older people, people with learning and/or physical disabilities.
• Assist people with disabilities to integrate into the local community by enablingparticipation.

All volunteers will have training and support.
